Bloody poop help

Hi all, my wife and I just picked up four hens yesterday. One of them has very bloody poop. See pics attached.

We are new to chickens. Is this coccidiosis, intestinal lining shedding, or something else? She seems to be acting normally but it's hard to tell because we just got them.

I got some clarity from my wife- she said that the hen is acting more lethargic than the other 3 and was making a gagging gesture yesterday, opening her mouth and putting her head forward. Perhaps this bloody substance is actually coming out of her mouth/throat, not the other end. We were assuming it was poop but maybe not. Your thoughts appreciated.
