She is this morning, i checked her vent first thing and this thing is stuck. Does it look like her insides?

So a few days ago my girl was having bloody poos, she wasn't acting sick or anything, I made a thread on it and started them on CORID has advised. Well today she started acting sick so I checked vent first thing and it looks like an organ trying to be pooped out?! She can't poop. Please help.

Yes I am trying. It is extrmely bloody and there are hard things on the end. I don't know what they are.
