I’d still watch them though, as you said.

If they are all acting normal I would just keep an eye on them, especially since they do have a ready supply of berries. If you see any of them acting lethargic, sitting around fluffed up, going off food and water, acting ill or 'off', then it's time to treat. Or if you see something that is really definitely blood and not berries.
