bloody poop

today i went out to clean the coop and i found a poop with a little bit of blood and one close to it that looked like worms with blood but i poked them with a piece of straw and they tore. (the worms)
worms cocci what? i also live in utah in the city do chickens get worms here? im new to chickens so i have no idea if it matters but just in case.
i also have not wormed them or vaxcinated them.
all of my chicks are acting normal
their ages range from 5 1/2 months- 4 months

I have zero experience with this but I have read that if you see worms, there is a good infestation by then. I dont know if you should treat cocci 1st then worms, try PM'ing Dawg53, he is the king of worming questions. Good luck!
