Bloody poop

Found this in the feeder this morning. Haven't seen any blood anywhere else. My hens are 6 months old, laying great, normal behavior. We liv in Alaska, cold weather, new coop, they were on medicated chick starter as chicks. They have only been on snow, no muddy ground. Could this be coccidiosis?

While they can get cocci at this age, they would show signs of sickness: not eating or drinking, and sitting around huddled up as if cold.

I have seen blood in poop many times. If something was wrong you'd see it.

They are not acting sick, all of them are walking and scratching around on the piles of snow enjoying the sun and 40 degrees outside. I have noticed they are eating less, but we switched feeds, then switched back again. Maybe that's the cause.
