Bloody Poop!?

I don't want to sound mean or harsh, but it's been almost two weeks and five days since you started the other thread, right? I'm afraid that unless she's drinking, the meds will do no good. What happened to you getting Safeguard and Metronidazole (fish-zole)?

I used the medication my vet recommended , it helped a day or two and she got worse, and then I saw the bloody poop

I have called and left a message, waiting on her to return my call. Until then, does her symptoms sound like coccidiosis?

Honestly, this has been going on for so long now that I think your hen probably has more than one problem that needs treatment.

Did you ever weigh her? Can you tube feed her? Is she inside?

I'am not a vet.when i seen bloody poop thats what came to my mind.if it is coccidios if not treated your chicken will die.

It sounds intestinal...Off the top of my head, it could be Coccidiosis, Blackhead, Necrotic Enteritis, E. Coli or a combination of diseases.

FYI, this hen had runny, yellow poop five days ago. And I agree, if she isn't treated, she will die.
