I just checked on the girls again today, these photos are what I found..The first two photos are from yesterday, the rest today.
I saw one of my buff brahma pass the same thing, so I know it's more than one. Some have suggested intestinal shedding, but my gut is saying something more serious. They eat medicated starter crumble and have been immunized for Mareks Diseases. What else could it be and is there anything I should do? Thank you!

How are the chicks doing? My first thought with chicks this age and bloody stools is coccidiosis. It would not hurt to treat them with corid as soon as possible.

Edit, here is a chart posted by @Eggcessive with clear dosage instructions if needed for different scenarios post #5: https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...-coccidiosis-treatment.1667035/#post-28646582

Article with drench dosage instructions, also, for more clarity:

Use the treated water as their only source of drinking water for the duration of treatment.

Thank you so much! I have started corid and have started the non medicated feed. Although one bantam brahma seems to be already getting weak
No interest in food or water. I gave her a bit of the treated water with a syringe. As far as litter goes, should I keep shavings in the coop and change them frequently, or am I better off not adding them to make clean-up easier? I really appreciate all of your help!

You’re welcome, I hope they improve and no one else becomes weak or lethargic. I think for clean up, it’s really up to you. If they were mine I think I would change out the bedding as much as possible to keep it clean.
