Cool...I found 2 BLRW pullets in Blue over on the FS forum. They're 3 mo old. Mine are 5 1/2 months, but it's very workable. By the time the new girls spend 4 weeks in quarantine, they'll be big enough to join the others.

SooOOOooo....I'll be setting eggs in the bator next season. Bwaa haaa ha ha!

I'll have to get another pic of roo #1. He's not as broad/stocky or wide of stance as that first pic makes him appear. Must have been the angle of the shot or something. He was turning away from the camera when I snapped it.
 

Is this roo blue or splash? I can't seem to wrap my mind around the difference. I think he looks a touch lighter in person. He is a Foley descendant but my pullet is hatchery stock. She is only 3 weeks old but clearly brassy and I think she is a splash.
