BLRW chic pics need to see yours please

I have some BLRW eggs due to hatch soon ( under my broody silkie now ) I'm. Not 100 percent sure the mom of all the eggs was my BLRW and because this will be my first hatch I'm not sure what the new baby chicks should look like. I have a splash roo over a BLR hen...thanxs a bunch

Here are some pics of my babies for you guys to look at.. they are pure bred BLRW's I hatched from eggs I got from a breeder..Hope this helps..

Oh my gosh those splash babys are soo pretty! I can't wait for mine to hatch..this will be my first hatch from my fowleys BLRW I got at nationals last Nov...I'm pretty excited

I'm new at this stuff can you explain the "splash" thing? I don't get what it means.. I do know I love my BLRW's! They are stunning!

And did you mean my babies? so are they splash? LOL.. I know I really am new at this guess I didn't know they were splash..(if you meant mine)

If not can you still explain what splash is and is it like a fault or is it acceptable as far as breed standard? Thanks! Good luck with your chickies!​
