BLRW crossed with Dominique/BCM? What will I get.

I know this thread is old but I would like to do this cross this spring also but my rooster is BLRW (rather than splash) and the hen is a Dominique. Would I get some blue barred too?

Yes, and it should be a sex-linked cross. Only the males will be barred. I actually wonder what the females will look like without any barring. Might actually have the partial lacing I was hoping for.

Yes! This makes a lot more sense to me! The colored sire over the barred hen should make an interesting sex-link...
