BLRW Gender? *Update with new pics*

What makes the feather coloring rooster patterned? This I my first Wyandotte, I was so excited because he/she is a really beautiful bird.
 
i change my mind now looking at it...the wing feathers are basically half and half which only happens on cockerels sorry

I just want to verify one last time before I rehome "him" that everyone agrees this is a roo?
 
Just for my edification (and because I am fairly sure that my SLW hen had "half and half" primaries), but it can't be that roos are the only ones to have half and half primaries as I see plenty of hens on the internet with similar coloring. Could it be that the chick is just more relaxed and exposing its primaries more? Her is a hen with her "half and half" coloring. Is there something more you are trying to explain?
