BLRW Splash or Dark?

What determines if you get a Splash or a Dark from a BLRW egg? I'm new to all of this so please don't laugh if this is a silly question... Ok, go ahead and laugh

BLRW follows the B/B/S rule.

Blue X Blue = 50% blue, 25% black, 25% splash

Blue X Splash = 50% blue, 50% splash

Splash X Splash = 100% splash

Black X Black = 100% black

Black X Splash = 100% blue


You shouldn't breed splash to splash for more than a generation or two, or it will turn it white.
