The legs and feather pattern seem female to me but the waddles and combs are coming in hot. Looks like she has a chili pepper on her face. Boy or girl I'm really hoping girl.

Oh my gosh I don't even know how old they are I've had so many batches of babies It's like the Duggar family up in here. Probably about 6 weeks

Cockerel would be my best guess today, the comb and thickness of those legs makes me think Cockerel rather than pullet at that age.

It could be the photo's, the 2nd photo his/her legs look large for the body size to me, heck I've been wrong before though Only a guess at this time, how old is your bird?
