Blue Ameraucana, FREE!!!

I know that there's plenty of people who absolutely adore their Ameraucanas, I am not one of them. This is Bunny, one of our first three chickens and she lays small blue eggs. She's about 14 months old, strong and healthy but very very dominant, bullying and stressing out our otherwise happy and gentle chickens and we aren't putting up with her anymore. She'd be perfect for a larger flock where her role would diminished or with a flock of other Ameraucanas who (as far as I know) all behave similarly. Personally I want to make some stir-fry but I promised my wife and kids I'd hold off one week for someone to give her a happy home.

FREE to the first person in the Austin area who would come pick her up.

sounds like you ve had a dickens of a time with her.. I'm sure someone will come pick her up for you... I would think that you are right in a larger flock where she would not be top on the totem pole will help her attitude... good luck with your flockers..
