Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping me get through my denial!Kind of a slower developer, but it's a cockerel.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping me get through my denial!Long pointy saddle and hackle feathers with that developing sickle tail - so sorry but definitely a roo.
Thank you!Rooster
These pictures are super helpful! I have 4 of these from MPC as well that are about 5 weeks old and am watching their neck/hackle feathers like a hawk (no pun intended lol) so this is really ncie to have so I know what im looking for. For MPC you have up till week 22 to message them for your money back for the missexing so I set a calendar reminder for myself at week 21 to check everyone and then message them hahaThis is Chick Chick America (my five year old is the chicken namer around here). She? is a 15-week-old Splash Ameraucana who was sexed as a female chick from My Pet Chicken. This is our first Ameraucana and her prominent tail feathers are causing me to question her gender identity. She had no tail for the longest time, and a few weeks ago it showed up practically overnight. I only care because I am sadly not allowed roosters in our neighborhood. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to share your knowledge!
Best, Alli

Glad they are helpful! I was totally in denial haha. I reached out to MPC at about week 16 via email with photos and they gave me a prompt refund. The boy in question also got to go live on a farm in Idaho where he is now a stud rooster for a breeding line of splash Ameraucanas and truly living his best life! Hoping things work out just as well for your flock! These pictures are super helpful!
