Blue ameraucana make or female?

He/ she is probably close to 13 weeks. Sorry for the discrepancy. We had started out with 5. After May 14 we had a major massacre by some unknown predator. The group was a mixed age group. So that's why I'm not sure about the age.

Very nice pic for sexing, and definitely a cockerel.

Thanks everyone. This is my first time owning this breed. Can anyone tell me the behavior of a typical rooster. "the loan ranger", as we have named him, is quite submissive to the other chickens I have so far, but He hasn't started crowing yet. I know things tend to change at that point. I am debating if I should keep him, or find him a new home.

Sorry that he is a cockerel :-(. If I were you and didn't have a cockerel I would keep him, he is gorgeous! And it is nice to have a submissive rooster.

Here are my 2 blues, splash and silverstone. I think silverstone is a rooster. They are 17 weeks this week. Any thoughts?
