Blue Andalusian or Silver Laced Wyandotte?

It's not a Blue Laced Red; wrong colour. It could be a Blue if it has the yellow legs and rosecomb. I disagree with @BlackHackle regarding the other chick; my Andalusians looked like the left chick when they were that age, with the correct patterning and the crow-head. The bird appears to be sitting down, therefore one can't really identify it as 'stubby'.

Just wondering what line of Andalusian ya mean? Curious a wee bit, I am
 
Theoretically, all lines, though some may be poorly bred; I would hazard that this chick will come in with poor lacing based on the uneven distribution of colour, though it may even out. Andalusians should be based on E, which that chick is, and the long, thin head and body point to an Andi; a standing photo ought to show long slate legs.
