Even and uniform shade of blue from the breast to the tail indicates female. The red comb indicates that she's nearing maturity and is just about ready to start laying.

That's a much better picture than the first ones you posted. I can see quite clearly in this photo that the coloring is an even and uniform shade of blue from the breast to the tail, indicating pullet.
