Blue andelusian--boy or girl??

Help! This beauty has not started laying yet but no crowing either. I know this breed is known for it's large cones but I'm starting to think he/she is a Roo!

Your bird is a pale blue with lace showing. 99% It's a Hen.

I'm not seeing saddle feathers like other roosters I've had, but this is my first andelusian

For saddle feathers you'd want a picture focused on the other end of the bird. This picture does, though, show some nice rounded hackle feathers.
