The one in the middle isn't a headspot, it's an artifact of the position. "She" (I think?), actually has her head over the back of the black one so you're actually looking at the back of her neck.

You can just BARELY see the white tip on her beak that shows where her head actually is.

It's actually not unusual to have a headspot more on the neck then the actual head sometimes.
Guess it's just weird coloring, or lighting.
