Blue chickens

What are these blue chicks. I was hoping these were sapphire gems but when I ended up with a couple roosters I figured they must be some other new blue type. I then was thinking maybe blue Australorp as they were marked Australorp but from most pictures I’ve seen they all have dark legs. This cockerel has lighter color legs like I would expect from the sapphire gem rooster but no barring gene present. They are now 3 months old. Any guesses what they could be? They are extremely sweet and easy going even at this age. Most of my chicks don’t calm down like this until POL. Anyone have a list of blue chicks that are out there now. Seems like there are so many. Also just to note the other rooster that I rehomed had a walnut like comb or modified Rose comb. Could just be from hatchery quality as it apparently happens but I wondered if it could be a clue on the breeding.

Hmm, they do look like my blue australorp mixes but the feet color is different.

Here are some younger chick pictures if it helps. Anyone have hatchery blue Australorps with similar leg coloring. Males turned yellow females turned dark but some still have some yellow on the toe.

They looked vary similar to my sapphire gems but the males did not have a dot and seem to lack any signs of a barring gene.

They do look very much like these. One thing I noticed is all three of my girls are very uniform in color. I can’t tell them apart. The girls do have dark legs. It’s only my rooster than has lighter legs. He is huge compared to them and even bigger than my almost 1 year old light Brahma cockerel. I’ll try to update with a picture today. I think they are just hatchery grade blue Australorps. That’s the only thing I’ve found that fits them best. It does also look like the roosters legs are getting darker.

They are all the same breed and all look more uniform now as they are older. Her are some updated pictures. I revoked the other male but the male I kept is huge. He’s even bigger than my year old Brahma. All the gray chickens here are the same breed. They are 16 weeks now.
