Sorry, but someone ripped you off. That much coloring is more then just "leakage". That bird is from mixed colors.

Yes, I do have one Blue Cochin hen that looks exactly like this one.

The hen/rooster that is in question is about 8 months old and has now been sold for $2.50!!!!

Oh well, guess the next time I buy I will know the person better.
