Blue copper maran..hen or roo?

Suppose to be a too but very unsure...no crowing. He/she is 15 weeks.

He looks like a roo. Sometimes they don't crow until at most one year.

Looks like a pullet to me! My Blue Copper roos have had combs bigger than that as early as 6 weeks old. Can you get a better shot of the saddle area?

I am still gonna say pullet. I don't see any saddle or hackle feathers. My Marans roos have very obvious saddle feathers at a pretty young age.
