I wish I had put some of her eggs in the bator on this go around but I am doing a different hatch currently. Next time I hatch eggs it most certainly will be UofA blues if I am able to get ahold of some.

Ron are yours breeding yet?
I have U of A olive eggers

blue and splash U of A hens with a White Empordanesa rooster.
My U of A 's where from caj1985 and hatched by Ron when my bator was full
They are set up in a pen for Breeding in Winters. They are not laying there though. I am thinking about bringing them back here and getting some lights on them.

I'll be getting 2-3 mature RI Reds in a few weeks. Hoping to hatch some of my E-Eggers eggs before then. My son loves them. Such weird chickens. They all seem to have a loose screw somewhere.

Hi Ron:)
Hi Wendy!

I went to the Egg farm in Winters California on Saturday and visited my Blue Egg layer Breeding flock. They have just finished molting and look very nice!

The Farmer is going to put up lights so hopefully there will be eggs soon

and then I get to hatch some!

Quick question -- do you have the blue or the brown blue layers from UoA?

I have 2 Splash and 2 blue Pullets with a Blue cockerel.

I will have some black that way. I am hoping to get a nice splash Cockerel this year from them.
