Here is a photo of a young roo I have. Can anyone tell me what he is? To me he looks like a cross between a Blue Salmon Favorelle and an Ameraucana, but I'm not sure at all.... He is very friendly and HUGE for his age. I wasn't going to keep him because I raise other breeds, but he's kind of grown on me. Thanks!

Here are a few more photos to help. He does not have the extra toe. In one photo, he is next to my Salmon Favorelle for comparison. Out of curiosity, what color would you call him?

He does look like what you would get out of blue amer crossed with salmon fav.

He is not exactly a specific, recognized color- his coloration/pattern is a pretty typical result of a black chicken crossed with a colored chicken.

His color is closest to blue birchen with that amount of white on pyle zones and on breast. However, "birchen" is not supposed to have that red leakage on the shoulder area. It's a result of a gene found in the salmon faverolle color.

Not a duckwing because he does not have the duckwing patch(the white area as seen on the salmon roo).
