Blue, Gray or ? Chick

Can anyone tell me what color this chick is considered? Also if you have an idea what color it will be as an adult. It was the only one from the hatch to come out that color. It came from a Brown Red/RIR rooster over a white EE hen. Go figure! I wonder how that happened?

It's blue--the white hen must have carried blue and passed it on.

Thanks Sonoran! I was hoping it was blue. I figured the same thing about the white EE carrying a blue gene. What confused me though was that I thought to get blue you had to cross blue to black, and since the rooster is ER based not E, I didn't think you could get a blue. So blue works on ER as well as the E alle?

yes, it's blue, and also looks like it is getting barring on it's wing...

It is blue, but it looks like it has a little redish brown in it too. If you look close. I'm sure that will come out as it matures. So it wont be solid blue.
