Blue Jersey Giant with blue comb and wattles

Is it normal for a Blue Jersey Giant to have a blue comb and blue wattles?

These pictures were taken about 2 weeks ago she is 10 weeks old now and everything is blue except her earlobe

I'd say it's normal. Some chickens have darker skin on their faces. It may be less common, but nothing to be alarmed over. She might grow to have a bit more red on her comb and wattles.
