I have a 9 montg old blr wyandotte who needs his own flock. He's not from a hatchery. I got him as a chick from a breeder. He's good with the girls and very docile with me and my husband but my other roo is fighting with him. I hate to see him go but the other is my husbands favorite and i don't have room for 2 runs. i have a feather picking hen that I'm trying to find so his hansome neck and saddle feathers are missing but he is healthy.
