Blue Laced Red Wyandotte THREAD!

Can someone tell me in this 9 week old bantam is a pullet or cockerel?

The red wattles would indicate cockerel to me.

Is this a splash?
She looks like the 9 month old that I think Clucksworth posted. I guess I am wondering what is the difference between a BLRW and a splash.

It is such a gorgeous little bird, probably a cockerel. I agree about the wattles. That's usually a good sign of a cockerel. It has been in my case anyway.

New Dickey's incubator is loaded, and my shippping boxes and NPIP certification finally arrived! Have chicks and young birds available. Many more hatching on the 30th March, and the 18th of April. PM me for details / reservations /prices. All have had their Marek's vaccine. Youngest I am comfortable with sending is two weeks old. I am in California 95638 if you want to look up shipping prices to your zip code. They must go Express,

My big beautiful boy is no longer fertilizing eggs. I want some purebred chicks but no one around here has this breed. What hatcheries in the west (Nevada, Utah, Idaho, California, ect) have good quality birds without all of the genetic issues?

trying out a new camera and got a couple shots of our BLRW rooster Karl today :)

he was bred by chickenhillpoultry.com and I plan to use him in this year's breeding program
