Looks like all boy to me. Id be 95% based on the picture.

This is my Blue-laced. Question is, is this a roo? We got this one about 8 months ago. Notice the twisted feet. She (or he) has a deformity and cannot walk. She hops and flies to get around.

Sometimes I wonder about a specific bird for a week or two, then it seems like those telltale saddle feathers just show up overnight! Either way, you have a lovely bird. Best wishes, PJ
