lol i gots a weird question are the roos pretty noisy?? i know crazy because no bird is the same but if ya breedem how noisy is one roo with a few hens > just wandering because i wanna breedem but afraid of hte noise because the neighbor has a silky and he used to crow alll the time and has quieted down a bit and i was just wandering how norisey they were thanks

What about shafting, where the feather shaft is lighter than the rest of the feather? Is that a deal breaker?

That is the wildest looking rooster I've ever seen! Is that barring on his hackles and saddle? Your LF blr are very nice!!!

Hi all! I received 3 BLRW chicks to fill an order I'd placed for some LF lemon blue cochins (not enough cochins hatched to fill the order), and I was wondering about chick coloring. They are all chipmunk striped, but one looks black and red, while the other two look very light blue and red. I think one may be black laced red or maybe very dark blue, but I'm unsure about the other two. What is the difference in chick coloring between a BLR and a splash? A couple of the cochin chicks that I think are splash are yellow looking. Would this be the same for a BLRW?
