If I order from a hatchery I will order from ideal as they have both. Of course their blrw are only banties but right now I'll take what I can get. It seems like I have been trying to get some of tehse birds FOREVER!!!!!
WEll if one of you or both, hey why not the more the merrier, will put m eon a waiting list I will be so appreciative!!!!! I could also trade out some gorgeous Mille Fluers if anyone wants them:)

I'll be starting my list probably about the middle of next month. Be sure to remind me then, and I'll put you on it.

I have a friend who has three hens, a roo and about a dozen or so chicks for sale. I haven't talked to him in a few days but I will find out if he still has them. This would be pick up only. I am just east of Oklahoma City. I might could meet someone in Eastern Oklahoma since I go that way to visit my parents.

I will let y'all know when mine are ready. I will also post some pictures of them in the next week or two. I have a lot of catching up to do once I am home but will try to get the pictures asap.

HI all,, I got my eggs from Sue at
sterlingsue2000 at yahoo.com
she has original stock from Eide, so they are the darker birds with amazing color.. the good ones you will not find at a hatchery
.. She runs the BLRW board on yahoo

Deanna,

Sue has really nice BLRW's, and it sounds like you are familiar with the two lines of BLRW's out there.

I know I feel heartless when I cull my BLRW's down to the best for type and color, course I am just selling them as egg layers...however I think back to when I just would give anything to have one pair and now...

Are you going to sell any wheaton maran eggs this spring-summer?

Jerry

Hi Jerry,
Yes.. it will be summer (plan on hatching out a bunch for our own flock), we could even do a trade for some of your BLRW eggs if you like.. sounds like you are into the "true color" like us

That would work for me!

I have some nice BLRW's and continue to cull pretty heavy for type and color, I know Sue culls down from 100-200 chicks a year to just 4-5 hens, so she works hard.

Dont forget me..
