Blue Laced Red Wyandotte?

So I have another post trying to identify another chicken. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1120865/we-are-stumped-who-can-help Somebody on there said these were "ISA Browns crosses, which means they would be easter eggers. They have a pea comb, but no muffs or beard which means they must be easter eggers."

Is EE a general term or a specific breed?

This is the other bird I was trying to identify.

An Ameraucana is a recognized breed of chicken stemming from the chilean breed Arucana (which has ear tufts instead of muffs) which both lay blue eggs, whereas Easter Eggers have one Ameraucana parent and another undifined parent, and the easter eggers lay a variety of egg colors. EE chicks typically look the same from hatch, but because of the non Ameraucana parent, can become virtually any color. My EE looked like yours until it grew yellow and black barred feathers on its head, neck, and back.
Easter Eggers are not part Araucana or part Ameraucana. They are the same type of birds that were used to create both of the recognized breeds we have today. Remember, prior to the 1970s, there were no Araucana, Ameraucana, or Easter Egger distinctions. They were all simply called Araucana, and they all would have been what is considered today, Easter Eggers. It's the hatcheries that have failed to update their marketing since the recognition of both the Araucana and Ameraucana breed.
Hatchery sourced Easter Eggers are not mixed breeds, they simply haven't been bred to meet either breed standard.
