I have this chick that hatched yesterday out of a blue laced red Wyandotte egg. However I don’t know if it is the right color to be a blue laced red. I have a blue laced red rooster, a Maran/turken cross rooster who’s black and red, and a polish/d’uccle/buttercup cross rooster who’s white. Does this look like a BLR or is it from a different rooster?

No it's not. We breed red-blue splash dottes.

Thanks. I was pretty sure it wasn’t but it doesn’t look like it would have come out of any of the other roosters besides the BLR. I heard that when breeding them only half turn out to be the true BLR coloring. What do the other chicks look like?
