Blue laced red wyndott is she sick?

It won't let me upload the video. But she is breathing really heavy. She is 4 or 5 months old and we just got a cold front, it's getting down to the 50's at night. But I'm scard she is getting sick.
When he breaths in and out her whole throat poofs out. None of the others are doing that. Any ideas what's wrong?
