Blue legs and white toes--what is this mystery chick?

I've decided this is probably my mystery chick. Always been the runt. Total spaz. He was a chipmunk when he was a babe. What is this guy?

Gold Campine or golden penciled Hamburg pullet. Depending on what kind of comb she has. Single comb = Campine, rose comb = Hamburg.

Thanks! I think she has a rose comb; cool that I got a mystery pullet, I was expecting a rooster.
