Sorry you haven’t gotten an answer about the breeds. If you can get individual full-body pictures of each bird that might help. Leg color can help with identification.

I would post pictures of their feet bottoms and them full body standing. I can’t really give you a proper guess but I would wonder if they’re BBS Australorps or Jersey Giants. They appear to be at the 12-16 week mark and are a ways from laying… They do however look quite healthy so it seems to just be a maturity rate thing
