Blue Orp & BR Cockerels (((SOLD))) / N. GA.

I'll trade you 6 rare Assorted Roosters for two blue ameracaunas pullets.

I'm glad you found them homes. Everytime I take some to the poultry auction I try not to think about where they're probably going to end up. That's the only thing bad about hatching my own instead of ordering pullets......a person can only keep so many roos.

Katy, I wanted to let you know that the roo is settling in nicely! We all keep looking at how pretty he is. Thank you again, for him and for waiting on me. It was nice to meet you and maybe next time we can meet somewhere and have a chance to chat. Afterwards I thought back and felt I may have been a little....off, abrupt, distracted, etc...

Sorry if I came across that way.

I did look around at the auction, but we didn't buy anything. I was nosy and looked around for boxes that matched mine. For the most part it looked like they went to individual homes not re-sellers.

We didn't stay long, my daughter was eying a silkie with 3 chicks...needless to say I had to drag her away.

Even then it was because I reminded her that we have broody at home, and soon we would have our own chicks running around.

Thanks again!

Cyn: Since this is your thread I am sorry for hijacking it. I did want to tell you that I am really happy that the boys have new homes. They are good looking fellows and so it is a good possibility that they will be breeders.

You are very welcome!! Glad you like him and I hope you have good luck with him.

Cyn...actually I think the roo I gave to Tonya is a big brother to your future welsummers...you're getting yours from Mothergoose...right? He was from her eggs I hatched earlier this winter. A very pretty young guy.
