Am I the only person on the planet who would have jumped at the chance for a very friendly and beautifully barred Barred Rock boy for FREE? Gee, when I wanted a BR rooster, I had to look for months to find one. These were hatched here and most of them came from helmstead's rooster and her hens, one from Hawkeye with my Amanda and one is Lexie's son with Hawkeye-that one has unusual barring, but is extremely sweet and friendly and currently has a short one-syllable crow, LOL.
The Blue Orpington will look very much like Suede.

I wish I could drive that far to deliver one to you. I'm about 16 miles from the WalMart in Murphy, NC on Hwy 64 so you could get an idea of how far that is. So many of our members are in NC, but not over here on my side, LOL.
