Well Charlie if finally thinking about being a Daddy. He hasn't crowed not one time but My Dh saw him get on one of the pullets this morning. They just started laying a week ago. I will test some eggs starting next week to see if I have any positives to start hatching.
He is now 7 months old, still merely a babe. A lot of growing yet to do.

Thanks, there is a definite excitment to see what gets produced. I can hardly wait. I will probably give him about six girls and see what happens. Or I may rotate and see what happens with diferent groups.

I also wanted to say that I know you want to breed to the European type and Julie, I think Charlie is a good solid step in the right direction.

Yes, it will be good to see if he passes on his fluff and short legs. I will cross him on a black to to see if I can improve their type.
