That is what I was told 3 months ago when I EVEN HINTED enjoying a true beautiful healthy mix like you have. My mix is half Buff Orp and half Black Jersey Giant. Congrats for gettin by the gaunlet!

Krys - do you know if white orps are dominant or recessive white?

The ones I've seen have most often been recessive white.
In The Orpington Fowl by Will Burdett & Joseph Batty, it is written that white Orps are silver & can be used for sex link crosses. So I suppose that would be recessive white & silver, having the advantage of a 'whiter' white.​
