Hello! I'm a new member, and have just started this (ridiculously addictive) hobby of chook keeping!

Pictured are my 6.5 week old Blue Orpington chicks. First 3 photo's with green tag on foot is called Babs, second 3 photo's with blue tag on foot is called Blue.

What gender do you think they are?

Depends on the breed and on the individual.

Some breeds pink up earlier than others, but generally as they approach Point-of-Lay.
