I think you'd produce 25% splash Barred, males, & splash females.

50% Regular Barred (Black Males), & Solid Black females.

50% Blue Barred Males, & Solid Blue Females.

Before I stick to my answer, are your Blue Plymouth Rocks barred?

Thats 125%
But anyways you'll get a lot more than that. Both are hybrids so theres a lot more genes in play besides BBS and barring.
