The top chick could be a lot of things, including OEGB, which is a likely possibility.
Bottom chick is a buff frizzled Cochin bantam.

Well, I can tell you this much. They aren't crested breeds. We need better pictures of the combs, please.

I'm thinking your top baby (assuming the second picture is of its legs, and they almost appear to be willow green) is most likely an Easter Egger bantam. The other's a Buff Frizzled Cochin, as stated by another.

The oegb are pretty, but I'm hoping she is an Easter egger. I'm excited to have found a frizzle. Thanks everyone!!
