You could also ask in the quail forum. I don't know of any, but there might be someone on there that raises them.

Its hard to believe that there are no Blue scale quail breeders out there.I am shure there are I might just be to late in ordering eggs this year.Cant believe I am as my gambiles havent even started to lay yet.
