Blue Silkies Ones a confirmed roo...whats the other?

We have one rooster confirmed (via crowing today) I am concerned the other is as well. She is a white blue silkie and she is opening and closing her mouth on a reg basis (with no sound)

Both have been doing the opening closing of mouth since babes but now....Im worried I have two roos

The gray/blue silkie is pictured above as well. The one in question is the white. Both same age (4+months)

Didn't watch the video. But it looks likes he's just yawning or adjusting his crop. Normal and doesn't mean he's trying to crow.
But
He's a boy I'm pretty sure. I have a silkie roo. Looks like yours.
