Blue Spangled Quail Old English Bantams?????

Someone around me has a pair and a trio of these birds and I was wondering if they are a true color or if they are just a project color?

They also have some lemon chocolate bantams and I was also wondering if that was a true color.

I got me a pair of Blue Spangled today. they are pretty. I do like the blue spangle quail. I have a trio of spangled quail also. I wonder if I cross them if I will have Blue spangled quail????
