Blue/Splash LF Cochin chicks

I am on the hunt for LF Cochins, blue and splash. Id love any feedback on the best breeders or even hatcheries to get them from. I prefer a personal breeder, but I am afraid of the shipping costs!!! I am in NH, and am willing to travel. Anyway, thank you in advance for any ideas/feedback!
