Blue Splash Orpingtons or Barred Rock? Other?

I'm about to order eggs to slip under my broody buff orpington and can't decide what breed to get. I want something quiet that is a good egg layer. Something pretty or sought-after so I can sell the extra hens and roosters more easily would be nice too. What about blue splash orpingtons or barred rocks? I can get eggs for either pretty cheap right now.

Orpingtons it is! I read too many posts about loud BR hens. I've only ever had one loud Orpington, and the eggs are actually a cross between slpash, black, and blue, so I should get a mix of blue and splash. I just hope they don't all go broody...
