Blue wyandotte with gray/black comb and face

I have 2 Blue Wyandottes that are 4 months old. One has a nice red comb and skin on her face. The other one has a gray/black comb and skin on her face is the same. She is healthy and quite spunky.
Any ideas if this color signifies a problem?

Post a photo so we can see what you're dealing with. I can't think of any disease that causes gray/black skin, though, so I suspect that your hen is fine.
